GROW THE CULTURE is a Tokyo-based label and collective, founded in 2021.
Shaped by the influence of UK sound system culture, the collective is run by four members: Midnight Runner, maidable, mana, and snobo.
Together, they work out of Tokyo to support and forge the future of dance music culture across Asia.
Under the banner “Beyond The Boundaries,” they stage events ranging from nightclubs to raves deep in the mountains.
They have brought key figures from Europe’s bass music scenes to Japan, forging a direct intersection between UK and Japanese underground culture.

GROW THE CULTURE는 Midnight Runner, maidable, mana, 그리고 snobo로 구성된 도쿄 기반의 레이블이자 컬렉티브입니다. UK의 사운드 시스템 문화의 영향을 받은 GROW THE CULTURE는 도쿄를 기반으로 전 아시아에 미래 지향적인 전자음악 문화를 퍼뜨리고자 합니다.
“Beyond The Boundaries”라는 모토를 필두로 한 이들의 활동은 시부야의 클럽부터 우바의 산 속 레이브까지 경계 없이 펼쳐지며, 유럽 베이스 음악 씬의 핵심 인물들을 일본으로 초청하며 유럽과 일본 언더그라운드 문화간의 교두보 역할을 맡고 있습니다.
